The valley was frosty just before New Year's.

I entered the valley just as the sun was rising.

Half Dome.

A river view of El Capitan.

The water at Bridalveil was turning to ice as it fell, which made huge ice sheets on the cliffs that came crashing down every few minutes. The sound could be heard miles away.

A nice reflection.

Can't get enough of this 3,000-foot cliff. By the way, I graduated from El Capitan High School.
