Mossbrae
Falls Photo, Dunsmuir California Mossbrae
Falls near Dunsmuir in Northern California is an enchanting and unique
waterfall. It is known as a seeping waterfall. At about 50 ft. high
and 150 ft. wide, it is a huge example of this type of waterfall. At
Mossbrae Falls, the water cascades not from a river or stream, but from
springs in the rocks down the moss- and fern-covered canyon wall, and
then into the Sacramento River, creating the effect of many waterfall
streams falling into the river. One of the most beautiful waterfalls
in California, Mossbrae Falls is a lush paradise. At my shows, many
people ask me whether this image of Mossbrae Falls is a painting or
a photograph. BACK TO WATERFALLS GALLERY * * BACK TO HOME
