Natural Rock Garden in the Desert
by Lee Reeder

Sometimes nature creates better landscaped gardens than people can ever hope to achieve. This display was created in the aftermath of severe flooding in the course of Horsethief Creek in Summit Valley, California in the Mojave Desert during the winter of 2005. The rocks, Goldfields and a variety of grasses provide a beautiful, natural garden scene in the high desert in the northern foothills of the San Bernardino Mountains.
