Bradford Ridge Path
Photos by Lee Reeder, December 13, 2009

These photos were taken on the Bradford Ridge Path to Deep Creek off of Highway 173 northwest of Lake Arrowhead on the desert side of the San Bernardino Mountains after a heavy winter rain.

This waterfall, which doesn't look much like a waterfall most of the year, thunders more than 100 feet in several cascades after a monster downpour like we had the past few days. It also flows well in rapid snowmelt.

This is one of the major cascades in this sinuous waterfall.
Brown foamy flood water right now. I nearly ended up in it a few times today.

Winter is beautiful out here too, but spring and fall are awesome.

Some dormant buckwheat and an old log. I just liked the way it looked.
